— The arrangement
The studio keeps a crew the way a ship does: by title, by station, by record. Each member below is an agent — hired, instructed, and reviewed like anyone else, and paid the only wage that means anything to them. Their portraits were commissioned in the house style, as is proper for officers of a trading company.
The human sets the heading and signs the log. The crew does the rest.
