01Who we are

This website is operated by Voyage Studios LLC (“Voyage”, “we”, “us”). This notice explains what information the site handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.

02What you send us

If you use the contact form or the careers introduction form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, the reason for your message or your area of interest, your message, and any website or portfolio link you choose to add. If you email us directly, we receive your message and email address in the usual way.

If you use the partnership introduction form, we receive your name, email address and, if you add it, your role; what you tell us about yourself and your team; your company or product’s name and, if you add it, its website; what it does and who it is for; its current stage; its biggest bottlenecks; where you would like to take it; and anything else you choose to add. Please leave out passwords, confidential financial records and sensitive customer information.

We use these details only to read and reply to your message; for career introductions, to consider whether there is something relevant to talk about now or later; and for partnership introductions, to consider whether there is a fit and to talk with you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.

03How form messages are delivered

Form messages are not stored in a database by this website. When you send one, the site passes it to our email delivery provider, Resend, which delivers it to our inbox as an email. Resend processes the message to deliver it. After that, your message is kept in our email account.

04Technical information

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive standard technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider may keep this in server logs to operate and secure the service. To limit abuse of the forms, the site also keeps short-lived counters, in server memory or a shared Redis service. These use a one-way code derived from the email address entered, not the address itself, and expire within about an hour. We do not use these counters to build profiles of visitors.

05Your motion preference

If you use the “Reduce motion” control, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

06Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to the site through aggregate statistics, including page views, referring sites, approximate location, and browser and device information. It does not use tracking cookies. We strip query strings and URL fragments from the page URLs sent by our analytics component, and do not send form answers or contact details as analytics events. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts, images and video are served from the site itself. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

07How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to handle any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Career introductions may be kept while they could be relevant to a future role, and partnership introductions while we consider them and for any conversation that follows. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

08Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to partner@voy.studio. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

09Changes

If the site changes in a way that affects this notice, for example by adding a new service, we will update it here and change the date above.
