Privacy.
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, an optional company name, and the message you send. When you subscribe to our dispatches, we collect your email address.
We also receive standard server and analytics data when you visit this site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This information is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to consider potential projects, and — if you have subscribed — to send you the occasional dispatch when we ship something, open a spot, or publish writing.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do use a small number of third-party services to operate the site, listed in §IV.
We use only essential cookies and equivalents needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, which transmits the contents of the form to us by email. The site is hosted by Vercel, which receives standard request data as part of operating the network. If we add analytics to understand how the site is used, we will favor providers that do not collect personal information.
Each of these providers handles your information in accordance with its own policies. They are commercial vendors that we have no ownership in.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at the address below. If you have subscribed to our dispatches, every email we send you will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by writing to that same address.
We may update this policy as our practices change or as the law requires. The “effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected here, and significant changes may be communicated to subscribers by email.
Questions about this policy or how we handle your information can be sent to hello@voy.studio.
This document describes our practices in plain language. It is not legal advice. If you have concerns about how your information is handled, please reach out at the address in §VII.
